About Kyle Ross
Kyle Ross' Ross Fitness - Out of the Box Training is the first body transformation center in Ayer, Massachusetts. Kyle Ross is a certified Personal Trainer and Post Rehabilitation Specialist. In 2009 he was awarded a certificate of appreciation by the US Army for his professional training and support of Devens TASS Training Center Soldiers and was recognized as an honorary fitness " Interrogator". He has also been featured in the Lowell Sun and Nashoba Voice.

Kyle's passion for training and nutrition stemmed from a painful past of being bullied in school. 
His life was changed when he met his first mentor Bruce a competitive championship bodybuilder. Bruce took Kyle under his wing and not only did he transform his body but his self-steem and confidence. I eventually became addicted devoting my time to researching and training. I knew I had to share this feeling and my mission has been to help as many people as possible!

Kyle works with strength athletes and general population clients.  He has created a family like culture that supports one another and provides accountability to his clients so they can reach their goals. He also specializes on working with kids to build their confidence that is very close to his heart. As a father to his daughter Hayley he understands how important it is to have strong mentors in are lives.
About Randy Hartz
Randy began his journey as a competitive bodybuilder working his way up to winning a national championship. He has been featured in Muscle & Fitness and Flex magazines.

Staying true to his calling, Randy graduated from SDSU with a degree in Exercise Science. He became an expert in nutrition, fitness and overall health with a passion to help others improve their quality of life.

With the hundreds of clients that Randy and his team of highly qualified fitness experts have coached in Sioux Falls, Randy is a firm believer that everyone can improve their quality of life by learning more about nutrition and fitness.

Randy and his staff of fitness experts provide the most current and relevant information to their clients and implement programs that are tailor-made for each individual, whether they are young or old, men or women, beginners or advanced. All that is expected of those who work with Complete Fitness is that they have a goal to reach, and they are committed and passionate about achieving it.
